Lisa Shumaker is the Manager of Prevention Services for the Arizona Department of Health Services, Division of Behavioral Health. Lisa has worked with ADHS for five years. She has worked in behavioral health for 14 years. Lisa has implemented substance abuse prevention programs in Pinal, Gila, Graham, and Greenlee counties.

Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Lisa is the chairman of the Arizona Underage Drinking Prevention Committee, a subcommittee of the Arizona Substance Abuse Partnership.
